Put a comma in the title. It sounds like you are selling Physical Gamers.
I think Wii Fit is probably the most successful physical-training game, but that's because it's basically the only one, however, I would say DDR is probably the most popular (not right now, but in total) of any games that make you move.

For certain female friends of mine almost any game can be physically intense. It's fun to watch as they swings their hands, grasping the controller, left or right trying to get that extra jump distance on things like Super Mario World.
Personally though, I can break a sweat over Warioware given the right conditions.

And on a less serious note, I sometimes found Guitar Hero to be too much effort. And my wrist would hurt after a while, not through over-movement or anything, just that the edge of the tiny guitars are a bit pointy and hard.
So I'm going to have to go with the old shoot the zombies with the plastic blue gun games you find at bowling alleys and arcades...

I'll interpret the term "Physical gaming" in a deliberately and somewhat snarky loose manner and say Red steel, because flailing the Wiimote with your arms in an attempt to actually get the hit detection of that game to register at a faster rate than once every eleven swings is a pretty nice way to burn some calories.
