Ghost in the shell

Hey.
So basically I found ghost in the shell stand alone complex collection
For 40 bucks so I grabbed it. I have watched the series ages ago when I was younger an thought I should watch it again as I enjoyed it but don't Rememer much of it. Basically I'm wondering what order I should watch the ghost in the shell series and movies In? Any forums I tried looking about how to watch them are useless.

Well the movies and tv series are basically two different continuities, but you should watch it firstly in this order.

Ghost in the Shell (Original movie)
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (Sequel to original movie)

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (TV series season 1)
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG (TV series season 2)
Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society (Movie taking place after the end of the TV series)
