It's a darn shame....here you have a premise for a movie that by its very nature, SHOULDNT suck.

A flaming, Harley riding, demon skeleton man. I mean.....thats awesome!. I really want it to be good, but experience has taught me otherwise.
I feel differently. The idea of the character is just so stupid that I don't think there could ever be a good movie made. imo.

Crank and Crank 2 were awesome movies. The fact that the new Ghost Rider is being directed by the very same director is the former is enough to pique my interest. I too, was one of the few people to enjoy Nicholas Cage as Ghost Rider in the first film.

The trailer released yesterday only heightened my excitement. I freaking love Ghost Rider.
Crank was silly but fun. I still haven't seen the second one. How does it rate compared to the first one?

Ghost Rider 2 looks awful. The Spider-Man reboot looks bad, but they had a six picture deal, so without Raimi or the main actors, what would you do?

Superman really needs a reboot at this point. Especially since the guy who defined the prior series died quite some time back. Trying to revisit the series failed, though not all the reasons it failed were "revisiting is wrong" issues. Returns was a mess. I just hope any new Superman movie is decent or better.

Crank 2 was even more over-the-top. If you ask me, it wasn't QUITE as good, but it was still awesome fun.

Also, are the Capchas getting more frequent? I think I've only made five posts since the last one.

Crank 2 took what made Crank so surreal and awesome, and cranked the craziness up to 11. Instead of adrenaline keeping him alive this time, it's electricity. What ensues is a wild romp across the city with lots of fast driving, gun shooting, and antics making.

Way better than the first one, in my humble opinion.

well spirit of vengence... well looks fun dumb over the top fun dont know if it will be a good movie but i can garantee it will be fun...
about the reboots the spiderman one is pointless they should have had only changed the stuff and continue with the continiuity from the previous 3 movies maybie that way we will ever get to see...
the superman one i think is in good taste it have been a LONG time since the previous movies and a reboot is probably a good idea

Crank was fun as hell to watch, and I think the director can do the same with Ghost Rider.
I mean I absolutely hated the first Ghost Rider movie. But Nicholas Cage wasn't the issue. It was the rushed plot and the poorly developed villains. Spider-Man 3's Venom problem. No matter how cool he was at the end, it didn't matter because he wasn't really in the rest of the move. (Green Lantern did this to Parallax too).

As for the new Spider-Man, fuck it. The costume looks like shit, bringing up his parents is stupid, the line in the trailer "Do you have any idea what you really are?" implies that Spider-Man's very existence is part of some big conspiracy. That's stupid as hell. Spider-Man is a kid that stumbles into all his powers on accident. That's the point, the core of the character. Changing that is ridiculous. Not to mention how much do you think this guy [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1989536/] cares about making a Spider-Man movie?

I miss his curly bang and I wish the "S" on Superman's costume was brighter. The yellow looks dull so the S doesn't pop out like it should. It's been said by everyone, but I love the size of the S and I like the huge ass cape. I don't miss the red undies, but I do want a belt. Which it looks like he doesn't have.
This scene looks like a big confrontation. The woman in the cape is the big bad? Cool. Who is the guy with the motion capture suit? Multiple villains can get messy fast, hope the movie handles itself.

Is it just me or do posts not appear on threads for like five minutes?

Well, I don't care much for Ghost Rider up there, but as for the reboots, The Amazing Spider-Man looks to be shaping up nicely, the trailer wasn't too bad, and from what I heard about the Comic-Con footage, Spidey is back to his sarcastic quiping self. I like that they're finally doing The Lizard and this interpretation of Gwen Stacy reminds me of The Spectacular Spider-Man animated series.

As for Man of Steel, I've liked Zak Snyder's other comic adaptations, but I don't know about this one. Zod? Again? And, the costume, ugh, the costume, also no curl, what's up with that?

I liked the costume in Superman Returns better tbm. But I agree that you can do without the undies. And fuck he looks big.

Zod is being filmed with the actor in motion capture (ala Andy Serkis), so I'm not sure if that's him there or not in this shot.

Well I can't imagine why Zod would need to be motion captued, he looks mostly human doesn't he?

I can't wait for a Superman with Henry Cavill and Amy Adams being directed by Zack Snyder. That will be awesome.

And I can NOT wait for a Spiderman with Andrew Garfield, Martin Sheen, NO GOD DAMN TOBY MACGUIRE and MOTHERFUCKING webshooters :D!

Yeah, honestly, I hate the old spiderman trilogy, can't wait to replace it.

And Ghost Rider 2? Ugh. The first was okay, the only good part was seeing him in action, doing some badass action scenes. Most of it was silly.

It's probably more the costume they are doing. Who knows why. It'll turn out shit like the Green Lantern one. This is all just speculation from the actor playing Zod being seen in motion capture gear on set.
