Yes, this girl actually got into a newspaper. It's the daily mail though, so again, take this with a grain of salt.

What bothers me is the fact that "cyberspace law" (That exists? Really?) says that people could face charges. This couldn't realistically happen because hell, we've all tea-bagged once right?

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Yes, i realise the news covered the girl. This is more about the fact that she got a section in a physical newspaper because of this.

I hope she never plays COD online.

If I had a penny for every threat of rape I've gotten... I'd be able to afford a PS3.

Or Halo.

Imagine how she'd react to getting teabagged...

Well, now us mentally healthy folks can't take her seriously.

The Daily Mail is not a "news"paper.

She should've chosen a better "news"paper, like The Sun (sarcasm alert).

For a second I almost thought it was tongue-in-cheek, the way she wrote "Each time his roomate moved, the harasser tried to 'crouch behind her.'" but then I realized it's just more sheer stupidity.

Shame, really.

So she went on the internet and couldn't handle it, so she cried about it?

Sigh, I so want to make a faux sexist comment right now...

Sorry dude, news got there before you
I realise this, it's just the fact it got into a physical newspaper that you have to, you know, pay for isn't on there. I figured it was something to discuss :p

Well, maybe the thought of facing legal action will stop people from being assholes online. But that is mainly on XBL.
I'd be glad if there are less tea-bagging idiots. (sorry, but I have little to no respect for tea-baggers.)
But that isn't the issue, it is Virtual Sexual Assault. I'd be glad if there was less of that as well.

Ahh the Mail - you bring idiocy, paranoia and mild xenophobia where ever you may lie.

God bless.
