Ghoul... I can then get away with being a jerk and live for 300 plus years in the nuclear wasteland and then turn into a braindead zombie. At least this way I would develop a much more interesting personality within that timeframe.

edit: yes ghouls were originally human but I wouldn't count them as such

I can't be 100% sure it's a good idea what with the limited information, but I'm going to go ahead and choose a Reaper from Mass Effect. You get to be built out of the corpses of millions of lesser lifeforms, plus infect humanoids and drive them around like toy robots Saren-style.
