Eyes, Imagine being able to switch between infa red, thermal and standard vision? What about x-rays?
Great idea. I always wanted to give people cancer by looking at them.

I've gotta go with my eyes as well. I don't even have particularly poor eyesight, but it really seems like it would have the most positive benefits.

I want arms that turn into guns. Big motherfuckin' guns. Hell yes. Not exactly practical, but completely awesome.

Assuming no drug is required to keep my body from rejecting it, I'd go with my eyes as they are the only part of me that doesn't work properly. Well besides my brain, that doesn't work properly either.

You should explain what a 'transhuman augmentation' is first before you ask ^^
A transhuman augmentation is a description of using technology to improve the human condition. For example, synthetic limbs to improve strength and dexterity, or computer chips to improve memory and intelligence, or electronic contact lenses that could record and playback video, improve eyesight, and even allow you to zoom and access the internet.
To be more exact, and 'augmentation' is anything that improves whatever you're augmenting.
A 'transhuman' is a human who has, essentially, used electronic or mechanical augmentations, such as synthetic limbs, to better themselves.

Detailed enough for you? Wikipedia has more.

First question, very easily yes!

Second, what would I upgrade... now there is the real question. It would probably be something either optical, durability, or physically enhancing in nature. I would say adding a processor to my head would be cool, but... that would be overpowered.

Optical: as stated above, enhancements like zoom features, huds, night/IR/sonic/X-ray/UV display
Durabillity: Hardened + reinforced bone and/or armour plates in key areas such as neck and wrist.
Physical: Synthetic muscle fiber for epic strength, non-twitchy nerve fiber (I have notoriously shaky hands and poor hand-eye co-ordination), or artificial bloodcells. I read an article about something along the lines of artificial bloodcells, little smart nanites that both fight infections and carry a supply of compressed oxygen. Imagine being able to run at a full sprint for 20 minutes or so, hold your breath for an hour etc. while being immune to most infections and bacteria.

EDIT: pretty much anything from the D20modern Roleplaying game's future setting (and cybernetics expansion book) would be pretty damn cool.

Provided its drug free and safe, I don't want sarif turning off my sight! I'd replace my one blind eye with a working one... and if they are doing a 2 for 1 sale I'd do the other while I was at it, with the hopes it comes with a built in HUD, that'd be neat

That aside I'd like to replace my arms, not for strength reasons but I have problems with my nerves, often leaves my hands shaking a little involuntarily, tingling feeling in the fingers and leaves me with bad co-ordination, I hate my body sometimes!

I would probably augment my social interaction skills. I'm not very good at talking to people.

The babelfish from "A Hitchhikers Guide through Galaxy".

Why? Because it´s awesome and proves that god exists and therefore doesn´t.

Ok, assuming I don't need to take some stupid pill to stop my body from trying to kill the augment...

My eyes. definitely. I have a "Stigmatism" (I think it's called) in one of my eyes. Meaning my sight will keep slowly degrading. I would REALLY like to have that fixed permanently (laser surgery would only cure it for a short while, and I don't want to give up my glasses, only to have to re-get used to them after).

That, and having an n eye camera, and night vision would be AWESOOOOOOME!
I thought it was called "Astigmatism".
OT: My eyes. I love them, and use them so much, it's a shame that I'm nearsighted, and it's constantly getting worse. Also, I'd definitely pay to have those shades as a bonus.

As most people have said, my eyes (I have horrible vision without glasses or contacts).

Another awesome thing would be fingers for better grip, as in practicing parkour I have found this is an extremely useful facet of strength. (for climbing walls, carrying things, catching yourself, etc.)

Some sort of fully functional internal PC that I can access using my eyes. Using the brain for processing power etc, that would be sweet.
Less ridiculous, I would have super eyes seeing trough walls and shit.

I'd augment my brains, increase my mental capacity, improve my memory, reduce the learning curve to everything, and second, I'd sort of augment my agility, speed and stamina(basically make myself extremely fast and make my movements extremely accurate).
Third, I'd get a computer implanted in me, so I'd be able to browse the net with my eyes, and watch films from my own head. Would be great fun.
Actually, no, scratch the third one, give me augmented bones and cartilage, and give me a bit of genetic engineering - remove all junk from my DNA (96% or so of our DNA is genetic junk, afaik), and make it so the telomeres at the ends of my chromosomes don't degrade when they multiply... so in short, give me biological immortality, by which I mean I wouldn't die from old age or disease. >.>

I'm going to have to be really boring on this one.

I'd love an augmetic left leg and spine.

I have a dodgy prosthetic left knee that hurts like a ***** and would most probably give my left testicle to have a full working left leg again.

Second would deffinately be my spine. I fractured my lower spine in a martial arts tournament a couple of years ago and it's hurt like fuck since.

So yeah, those 2 replaced and i'd be a happy bunny.
