glitch or 'advertising'?

So, this has been bugging me for a while. Every once in a while when I'm browsing the internet on my phone it will, apparently of it's own volition, load up the app store. It loads up a different game everytime, and it's happened with both my old iphone and my newer Android phone.

I was wondering if this affects anyone else, and if so if anyone knows the cause behind it, whether it's just a common glitch or if it's ads exerting a very annoying ammount of control over peoples phones.

you may be tapping a loading advertisement. I've had it happen to me while playing free tablet games.

That's what I thought, but it kept happening even after I started making sure not to touch the screen until the site finished loading

The same thing happens to me sometimes. I have no idea what causes it but I'd be just as interested as you.
