Does no one else have a problem with dust? Fingerprints are uncommon since I rarely touch the console, but it seems to collect an uncanny amount of dust compared to everything around it.

Microsoft's profit margins will go down the drain
Not really...With the notable exception of Nintendo (in the past few years), game consoles are generally sold at a loss. Licensing, new game sales, and DLC is where the profits come from. Granted, MS and Sony have cut their costs on the systems over the years, but (for example) the PS3, selling for `$600, cost them around $930 to make at the original launch. Places that sell the consoles don't make anything off of them either, they're normally sold at Cost.

As for me? I still have my "classic" style matte black unit, having had more than one white box (including at least one Falcon) RROD on me.

Good riddance. Glossy is terrible. Fingerprints everywhere, I don't know why these companies keep making things you need to touch glossy in the first place. Especially you, Nintendo. Thanks for making the 3DS a fingerprint magnet.
I'll take the glossy 3ds over the rough dsi finish anyway, the dsi felt weird on bare skin, to me the sensation was akin to what most people feel when they hear nails on chalkboard.

Anyway, who cares about fingerprints on a 360? It's not exactly something you carry around, there's like 2 buttons you press on the actual console, and one of them (big green one) isn't even the same finish.
