I wonder if Gametrailers' community is still raging over the 9.2 GT gave it.

I swear, that site follows a "Everything under 9.5 is shit" mentality like I've never seen before.
Let alone that a game like GOW has stuck so close to it's roots and still continues to be interesting, a 9.2 is a phenomenal score.

Oh, and I'm getting this. Be damn sure of that.

I don't understand the praise and critical acclaim for this game, I really don't. If it were the first in the series, debuting on the PS3 right now, then fine.. I would definitely comprehend the hype. But, honestly, I don't see the point. It's incredibly short, it's nearly the same game released for a third time, not very innovative, nothing original.. etc.

Great for those who enjoy it, but 'meh' for the rest of us who simply don't care.

I mean, seriously.. they're using the "Madden Formula" here, that all gamers hate. The "release the same game with prettier graphics" every now and then, formula. Yay... >.>

haha, yeah it's the same thing when XBM or something like that rated Mass Effect 2 like a 9.6..... there really are no credible review sites any longer.

You had to know that it would be one of the best games on the PS3, they've had over 3 years to build it. To me it looks like more of the same just prettier and I've never been a fan of the hack 'n slash QTE style, so of course I'm not wetting my pants over it.
