It isn't good to just believe the very first video you watch on a subject as gospel truth and stop looking. Especially if you don't have firsthand experience with the subject (in this case, if you haven't played the game yourself, or at the very least watched a full playthrough).

I’ve played the whole series and then some (every game platinumed except Ragnarok). This video was made a month ago and very late to the party. The thing is, its criticisms are somewhat justified given how much a departure the characterizations are from the classic games, but ehh…things change and some people just can’t accept it or would rather it be done under a new IP.

That criticism is nothing new, and has already been said since day one of GoW4. I still disagree with said criticism too.
