A milkshake, a lucozade, some food to soak it up. Even if your appetite has gone to hell, force yourself to eat just a little something. Then just man up and get on with it. If it's still bugging you in the afternoon grab another drink, but no more than two otherwise you'll just repeat the process and end up feeling twice as shit the next day.

Vitamin B12, B6, B Complex, they work wonders.
I've tested it on a lot of people and they come back to me the next day and are like omg no hangover, or a really small one.
It was the first thing my Neruobio teacher told us when we had our first class.
It is a proven cure/ prevention; take it before you start drinking and I guarantee you will be fine.

I've never had a hangover because I don't drink.

I have a drink. You're supposed to nurse a nice scotch or bourbon not shove enough down your gullet to fill a bathtub full of vomit.

I treat a hangover like a 12 hour stomach flu.

Sleep and sip (sip!) warm but not hot water. Keep a barf bucket nearby.

Sports drinks are too sugary to have much benefit, but if you can stomach it, a little electrolyte solution can be beneficial.

Next time don't drink so damn much. Or else have a cup of water after every drink, and don't forget to eat a meal while you're getting drunk.

Okay, I've had a fair few bastard hangovers in my time. These are the remedies I use and will do next time I get ratted.

1. Drink so much you're still drunk the next morning - this gives you chance to get up and get some water n food into you.

2. Have a big, greasy fry up - the fat and grease help your body break down the alcohol and toxins in your system and restore your natural .

3. Drink vodka/other colourless spirits (eg gin), stay away from whisky/dark rum etc - this is because ethanol (alcohol) is not a major causal factor of hangovers, however methanol, propanol, butanol etc are and these are what give whisky et al the brown colour.

4. drink lots of water before you go to bed

5. Have sex in the morning - with a woman, not masturbating, though this is slightly inconvenient if you're single

6. keep drinking - another delaying tactic as your hangover only properly kicks in when you stop breaking down alcohol

7. sleep all day, miss out on saturday, wake up sunday.

Yup, Bread to soak up the alcohol and water to refresh the system.
This is something I can try. Means I'll have to break a habit of a few years and start buying bread again though.

There's always the slight possibility of 'whiteying' though, I have a friend whose done it multiple times, and fuck it ain't pretty.
For some reason that never happens to me. Oh no wait, it did once, but that was because I mixed Alcohol and dope. Don't do that if you're me.
I don't smoke but I've been around people who do, and generally people who mix alcohol and dope seem too whitey without fail.

This is what I did this time, but the problem is I had to be up and out the house, which mean no time for slow water consumption, which meant hangover rolling in a few hours after I was up :(

Or with a man I guess :p This has the same problem as masturbating though in that movement tends to make my head pound.

My standard response. Normally I write off entire days for hangovers, but this isn't a solution that should be endorsed :/
