It's Greek Gods but yeah agreed. I liked the Old God's from Warcraft as well. They are pretty badass creatures.

Given how horribly deity is usually represented in games, I'm going with Myrkul in Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer.

Also, the Roman pantheon did contain the same major deities as the Greek pantheon (and no, they wouldn't have disagreed about that), but the Romans also had a fair number of obscure deities of their own, like Falacer or Pomona.

I'm inclined to say the Night Mother from Oblivion even though she's not a god per se. I love the fact that no one know that the "Lucky Lady" statue is actually a representation of herself. Gotta love malevolent characters that stay hidden but can still spread so much evil.
