Gonna be honest, not gonna buy any future products from the company if they think this is fair treatment to people. They are just whining because their support couldn't keep up with the amount of people using the service.
What are
you whining about?
The games you bought have no form of DRM, and don't require you to be connected to their service; so once you have them, you have them. From the sound of it you will also be able to re-download them should you need to.
You have gotten exactly what you paid for and agreed to.
SO you're whining because they are not continuing to re-release even MORE games for you to buy? They have every right to stop doing that and whatever reason they have (not making enough money, or just not interested anymore and moving on) is good enough, because it is completely their prerogative. They provided you with the service you paid for, how is that a "scam"?
By all means be upset at the fact that you won't be getting even more great deals and revivements of old games to enjoy, but don't be pissed at them for making that decision. They're a company, a business, sometimes businesses have to be shut down; and they don't owe you anything besides what you already got from individual purchases
