Roppongi for clubs. I don't have to give you specific directions. Get off a train in Roppongi and your first step will land you squarely in the middle of one of the billion they have down there.
For sights I would suggest the Giant Buddha of Kamakura. Great to see. Plus there are several other things to see in the adjacent area, like the giant piece of wood carved into the shape of a god and cast into the sea for 200 years. They built a temple where it landed.
They have an ungodly number of parks and zoos if that's your thing.
Depending on when you go, Mount Fuji might be open to climb. I suggest it.

Any place, try to make all what you can for the time you stay. And by god, enjoy yourself (that is just a complement, not anything bad)!
I'd wish I'd go to Japan. Mexico is a big hole. My mother went there a lot of years ago, and she loved it. I'd wish I'd go too. Anyway, good luck and have fun!

Go to the Tokyo Disneyland! Other than that I suggest the Imperial Palace along with the Imperial Palace East Garden. Also be careful of what you say, Japanese can be very mean to outsiders. I know because my cousins live there and for the longest time they used to discriminate against him, but not everyone is like that.

Tokyo Tower closes at 530, if you havent seen the effiel tower, go to this one instead.
Also eat Ramen, sing Karaoke. Have a phrasebook handy as well as a calculator. Go to a hotspring, Mt Fuji
