I wouldn't regard that article as fact. They already have no idea about the fiasco between the XBLA and the Virtual Console. Microsoft wanted to collaborate with Nintendo and release the remastered Goldeneye on both consoles, and Reggie Fils-Aime was in complete favour of it. Satoru Iwata was the prick who shut it down. And that was the day I lost all faith in Nintendo.

Plus, why the hell would anyone want a remake of Goldeneye, on the Wii? The point of a remake these days it to make them in HD.

OT: good find on that, another reason to watch this year's E3 intently. A trailer would be incredibly epic.

Nostalgia's a ***** like that. I can't think of many remakes that were superior to the originals. Apart from Kirby Super Star Ultra which is excellence incarnate.

Still that Wii Zapper and Classic Controller are fairly awesome. I'll have to keep an eye on this and see where it goes.

'scuse me? Erm, why? The fact that the Wii is two console generations better than the 64 should be enough surely? You want it to look like Modern Warfare? Or is the game enjoyable enough to play with extras attached and cool periferals?

Anyway, I'm one of the few who never played the original GoldenEye, despite the fact that I had an N64. Maybe I'll look this up after it comes out. I've just lost all faith in the Wii right now...
