i know how you feel, i wish id relised it too, not that long ago actually but id have felt less fucked up and over than i did then

Just something I came up with on my own.

Worrying solves nothing, and just causes stress, which makes things worse.
The easiest way I've found to not worry is to just mutter reassurances to yourself in times that you would worry, about as many times as it takes to convince yourself.
