Honestly, it's easier to list anime that weren't hurt by dubbing. Not killed, necessarily; there's a difference between bad dubbing and mediocre dubbing.
Cowboy Bebop has stupendous dubbing. I'd rate it as equal to the original Japanese, if not better. I haven't seen very many anime with this characteristic (others include Samurai Champloo and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya).
Rurouni Kenshin has good dubbing. There's some translation oddities (mostly trying to reflect accent and idiom, like Kenshin's super-humble speech, or Chou's kansai dialect), and some characters (Yahiko especially) were hit-or-miss, but overall it works very well. Others in this category would include Evangelion, Yu Yu Hakusho, and the Slayers OVAs (not the TV show).
Dragonball Z has mediocre dubbing. A lot of the characters were still okay to listen to, and overdramatics aside (though really, I'm pretty sure the guy doing Vegeta was just trying to match the lip movement), the DBZ dub didn't harm the show too badly. Others in this category would include...well, tons, really. The odd one that comes to mind is Sailor Moon, but actually, it's the Japanese version of that that makes me cringe.
One Piece has bad dubbing. As in "oh god oh god, my ears are bleeding." See also...more tons. The thing that comes immediately to mind is Campus, but I'm pretty sure that's because porn stars aren't great voice actors.
