Teargas and Plateglass is a really good triphop group. be fair warned though, their album plague burial is about genocide

Burial is one of the best known dubstep artists out there.

The Abbasi brothers is a good electronic group to chill out to.

The depreciation guild blends shoegaze rock with 8-bit chiptunes

Massive Attack is one of the best and most well known triphop groups. they do the theme for house MD.

Squarepusher does some interesting stuff in the IDM genre.

DJ Nate on Newgrounds has some pretty cool stuff. Sounds Techno/Electronic to me and quite enjoyable to listen to.

Those are two of my favourite electronic groups

BT is cool too, so is Daft Punk and The Crystal Method. But I find these two to be more beautiful than cool... if that makes any sense.
