Saints Row 2 is like a goofier version of GTA and with cheats it's pretty hilarious. I would give that a try.

Try this on for size. If you've got ADD then this game is for you!

oh my god, this game is so awesome. thanks for that.

OT: If you want something enjoyable that doesn't require that much focusing or story, go for Doom.

I'd suggest getting the rest of the Myst series (but not Uru because it is made of shit), if you enjoyed the one that you played.

EDIT: Another thought: [a href="http://www.trackmania.com/index.php?rub=nations"]Trackmania nations forever[/a]. It's free and you can play for as long or as short as you like without feeling like you haven't completed it.

No problemo! It's a great little diddy isn't it? That elephant is darn cute too with that music playing.

Unreal Tournament 2k4.
Virtually no story, and you're hooked onto the gameplay too much to stop and somehow learn about whats going on. You just roll with it.

That and Half-Minute Hero
its everything about an RPG all streamlined to small tasks lasting, at most, 30 seconds. That and has some quirky humor to it all

Prototype, it's a good killing simulator, or maybe some kind of hack and slash? God of War collection, Dante's Inferno or Bayonetta?

Modern Warfare 2. It doesn't last long enough for you to lose its attention.

Edit: disregard that, I've seen you played it. An attention span can be trained, it just depends what holds it. I had a terrible attention span, until I played Final Fantasy VII when I was 13. I'd never played an RPG before, and I was only really into adventures and shooters before that.

RPGs are now by far my favourite genre, and whilst some of them start off slow, once you get over the hump you'll be completely hooked, regardless of condition.

You Have to Burn the Rope. I don't care how short your attention span is, chances are you will beat it.

BRAID!! It's pretty short, but absolutely amazing. Can be compared to Portal in a lot of ways.

Crackdown, red faction: Guerrilla.
Crackdown involves running around a city with ten tons of armor and a homing rocket launcher.
You probably know about red faction: Guerrilla
