Oh and to get this out of the way:
Yes, I have a mac.
No, I don't have a PC.
Yes, I want a PC.
No, I can't afford a PC.
Yes, I've played all the blizzard games.
Yes, I've played all the valve games (except counter strike)
No, I'm not a huge fan of RTS's.
Yes, I know this section is probably annoying.
Yes, I'm going to stop now.

I believe that there is a KotOR for Mac, and considering that KotOR is amazing, I'd buy it.

They warned me that I'm not allowed to do anymore Mac vs PC pro PC trolling.

Sooooooooooooooo on steam you can buy tf2 for $20. It's an absolutely brilliant game. Buy it now.

Haha, yes I've beaten this game already. I love it though :)

Yes, its free.
70% of your problems are over.
Now you have to manage to install it, which isn't too hard if you follow the instructions for Mac installation. I could prolly help, too, if you need it for some simpler things.

Just plug into the search bar what game you want to play. Oblivion, Prototype, Dragon Age... If its rated silver or better, have fun!

Also, I've found that Team Fortress runs more smoothly with the PC version running through Wine than the Mac version. but that's sort of a trade off, 'cause Steam itself doesn't work nearly as well in Wine after they made that updated version.

I remember playing a game called Bugdom on the macs at my school a long time ago. That was a really fun game at the time. Maybe give it a shot?

What I have noticed, is that Mac ports of games tend to never have any price drop.
Civ 3? $50
Kotor? $50
COD4? $40

You get the idea.

This. Macs used to have all the best games, there were even cases of games that were available for PC and Mac getting released earlier and cheaper for Mac. The best mac-exclusives of all time were Bugdom and Nanosaur. Nowadays, there are no mac exclusives of the same calibre.

I recommend Lugaru. It's a cross-platform game, there's a demo, and it has fighting ninja ragdoll rabbits. What more could you want?

You could always play MUDs (Multi-User Dungeons), like those offered by iron Realms Entertainment, such as Achaea [http://achaea.com]. Free, playable on any system that runs Flash or some other trippy client the lower quality ones use. They're kind of like text-based MMOs. The popular ones have between 100-200 people online at a time, which may not seem like many, but... it is, trust me :)

Oh, and get zMUD if you start playing them seriously. Default clients tend to suck

Look up Ambrosia SW and Pangea Soft (makers of Escape Velocity and Nanosaur respectively), they're primarily Mac devs and make some very good games.
