Godzilla has always been the only choice for a lizard's name... that or Reptar.

And Speedy always works for a Turtle.. unless its actually quick.

If you are getting a pet turtle you have to name it one of these names

Donatello, Michelangelo. Raphael or Leonardo

Personally Raphael has always been my favourite

To be exact, a Chinese Water Dragon. I'm getting one tomorrow and am trying to think of a name for it. I know these pet naming threads get pretty creative, which is why I'm asking here.

EDIT: Um, after further research I learned that these things eat live baby mice, so, forget the dragon. I'll look for a lizard that eats something else, but if I can't find one I'll go with a turtle. Any ideas?
First, Bearded Dragon!!!! Get all the protein they need from mealworms and wax worms. Not as off-putting as they sound, actually. Eats mostly vegetables and greens. VERY chill, too. Take to handling quite well.

Second, uhm, actually, I'm terrible with pet names. My Beardie is named The Lizzerd and I have a cat named Ms. Kitty. Had a Gecko I called Wally. Cuz he was always on the wall.

So, you probably don't want naming advice from me.
