Well i got home from doing something one night and turned on the TV. To find this weird show i had never seen before that had two buildings standing side by side, one on fire. So i say to myself "what show is this?" I pushed the info button as i have pay TV. It was on the news channel...

While not a scary movie or such, to come home and witness 9/11 pretty much live was a definate WTF moment for me. I remember calling out to my wife " Sweety, something really bad has just happened" I Stayed up the whole night and watched it unfold including the people who jumped from the buildings then the collapse and entrapment of the fire men / police and the wall of white dust.

My worst nightmares are being stabbed by a syringe.

Zombies are always pretty sleep disturbing, but one specific thing would have to be the film "Mars Attacks", watched it when I was 10ish and it gave me quite a lot of sleepless nights, just freaked the shit out of me at that age, can't think why now really.

Horror movies in general usually give me one sleep disturbed night, post watch, then don't bother me again.

The original Scream scared the shit out of me. I remember staying awake all night just in case that creepy mask guy came to get me.

Also some alien movie that I can't remember. People were being abducted or something and I was always on the look out for aliens.

Now days nothing effects me like that. I kinda miss being afraid...

(I finally found something I can bump this thread with.)

I just finished reading Uzumaki on the Internet, and now my mind filled with horrible, disturbing, and "twisted" images.

I don't think I'll be getting any sleep tonight.
