Yeah, I really need your help again, cause I hear a lot about specific programs that in reality are spywares and I fear if I use one accidentally it will steal personal data....

Do you know a safe program for updating drivers?

Thank you for your time.

Check or google always the official websites for whatever drivers you want to download. And use only official applications (like nvidia geforce experience [http://www.geforce.co.uk/geforce-experience].)
If you do those things you will not only be safe, but you probably learn yourself how to download and use the latest or best drivers (latest /= best).

Update:
As MindfaQ says below this tool CPU-Z [http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html]
will help you identify which PC parts you have (audio, video, cpu, chipset).

Or you can check yourself in windows by typing on the search/run of the windows start menu: "devmgmt.msc". That will bring up device manager.

If you have a notebook: developers site -> model number / serial number and find your drivers.

If you have a desktop PC:

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6416-EYDH-0477

Steam also offers to look for graphics drivers updates from the menu.
You can find out which graphics card you have with dxdiag (winkey+R -> enter dxdiag and run it) or tools like CPU-Z.

Finding out your audio card can be more annoying. Check out device manager or check out the bill of your computer buy or open the PC. If you have an integrated soundcard, you can probably find drivers for it through your mainboard name. Or check out your driver cds that came with the PC.

For nvidia GPU's you can use GeForce Experience. It will keep you updated on drivers. As for other components they don't need drivers as often. But the manufactures web site normally have tools to help you.

Windows, it doesn't do it automatically but most system drivers are listed under the PC help section as optional updates.

Everest Home Drivers USED to be a great freeware program. Now, everywhere I look, the download sites for it are riddled with spyware. The program itself is safe, however.

So, assuming you can find a decent download of it via cnet, it's worth a shot.

The best place is to download them from the manufacturer themselves.

If you've got an ATI/AMD card [http://support.amd.com/en-us/download]

If you've got a Nvidia card [http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us]

As long as you're not downloading them from shady 3rd party sites, they're probably not spyware.

If you need a program that removes spyware, look up Microsoft Security Essentials [windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download]

Windows Update should find pretty much everything however as mentioned drivers will appear under optional updates, though for that to work you will have to manually install the drivers for your network card (unless some working ones were included with the Windows install which happens occasionally). If you're still missing drivers I suggest working out what hardware it's for and getting them manually from the manufacturers website or a trustworthy mirror if that isn't possible. It's easy if you've got a laptop or prebuilt desktop since you can look up the model number and get everything from the one place however if your rig is non standard you will need to find the drivers for each component separately and maybe even have to open the case to see what's actually in there (it isn't always possible to tell via software if the drivers aren't already installed). I've not tried to use an automated driver finding program for years but when I did it didn't find what I needed and from what I've seen of them since they're for the most part useless bundleware with very little capability...it's probably simpler to go with the manual approach as ridiculous as that sounds.
