I was just gonna mention Letho, he was amazingly well done. It's very rare for an antagonist to be as self aware as Letho was. Like you said he isn't necessarily a bad guy, he doesn't even want to fight you and straight up asks Geralt to just let it go and walk away. It's really too bad he doesn't get more love.
