good Xbox 360 games

well christmas soon and i probably will have some extra money and I want to know if there are any good games you think i should buy as i need to update my games collection

I enjoyed the Fable series, so II & III. For a driving sim it's either Forza or NFS (Which ever play style you prefer), and just because I can I'll recommend Civilization Revolution.

Civ Rev was amazing for a PC-to-Console series. It's like playing a mini Civ game!

Get Mass Effect 1 and New Vegas. Also, Dragon Age.

Mass Effect, Saints Row 2, Bioshock, Dead Space, and Borderlands are all worth owning, and all can be acquired on the cheap by now. Get them.

Go for Burnout Paradise, and unless you have a decent PC, the Orange Box. If you do have a PC that can handle games, then by all means ditch your console, and buy OB on Steam. So much better in every single way.

Arkham Asylum is worth a rent, also, but don't buy it. Once you beat it once, you'll really have no desire to beat it again, unless you're a perfectionist and want to solve every Riddler puzzle.

i think you have a good list of games to get but i would avoid dragon age for the 360 as the game just feels lacking (which it is) and is much better on pc but my personal picks for you would have to be:

-the orange box (best purchase i have ever made)
-red dead redemption
-need for speed: shift
-bioshock (best story/ environment in a game in a long time)
-bioshock 2 (better gameplay than 1 but not as great of a story)
-batman arkham asylum
-fable
-fable 2 (if you dont mind a crappy ending but good gameplay)
-assassins creed
-assassins creed 2
-call of duty 4
-modern warfare 2
-borderlands
-fallout: new vegas (only if you have live so you can patch the bugs)
