It's mostly Dragon Quest; the tiles are pretty much all from the Gamboy Color remake of Dragon Quest I and II, and the sprite at the top of the zoom in/out bar is also from one of the 8 bit Dragon Quest games. This is actually pretty cool.

I wanna say its permanent since most of these google tricks are just changes in the URL. If you delete the last part /t=8 or something you get the normal one, so I would assume that if you put it back it'll take you back to that. I think it still works with the google pacman game too.
