Depends on your taste, but MadWorld if pretty damn good. Otherwise, I would recommend No More Heroes, like everyone else, as well as the Conduit. It also is a matter of taste and/or fear of creepy crawlies, but Deadly Creatures is also worth it, if underappreciated .

I strongly recommend Super Paper Mario. A puzzle RPG platformer with multiple dimensions about a paper cut out of a famous video game character? Sign me up!
Deadly creatures is an OK game. The gameplay is fun for the most part, if somewhat difficult at times. I did enjoy seamlessly switching between walking on walls, ceilings, floors, and people.

while its still not the best Zelda imo, and if your into that, i would try Zelda Twilight princess. its quite good.

It really is a good game, its no OoT or MM but its a The best Zelda for the Wii!

Twilight Princess was pretty badass IMO.
The whole wolfy thing was awesome. Also Midna was an awesome character, suuuper creepy.
