Some great suggestions, I haven't read all those yet so may take your advice.

To the OP, if you're going to read Squee you might like to start with Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, they are stand-alone but I read JTHM first and I think it introduces squee better. Be warned, it's kinda dark and hilarious if you don't take things too seriously.

The problem with Walking Dead and Y: The last man is they're still releasing books so if you're like me you'll be inconsolable until the next one comes out, because they're very good and very more-ish.

I also wanted to second the fellas who said Scott Pilgrim and Kick Ass. Kick Ass already has an amazing movie based on it, and I'm very hopeful for the SP movie which will be out soon. Word of caution SP is comedy relationship thing, with ridiculous kung-fu thrown in. it's great but can seem a little weird if you're expecting standard comic book stuff.
Naw, bro, Y: The Last Man has been finished for quite some time. Unless you're holding out for the swanky, shiny, velvety, delicious, DeluXe editions, then you can purchase the entire series right now. You're right about The Walking Dead, though. That comic has been sworn to go on for infinity.

Also, two more things: Kick-Ass Sucked-Booty. The comic, I mean. It left me with a depressing feeling and I wanted to puke darkness. Of course, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was much better than The Dark Knight. Scott Pilgrim is okay, but isn't that appealing. Is there something wrong with me? My heart doesn't go out to SP....I need to know why.

Maybe give Halo: The Fall Of Reach a look, it's a good read and would be a good way to segway into the new game's plot.

It's not the best but it's pretty good, or maybe I'm just saying that as a massive Halo fan.

...You decide, haha.
Are you talking about the novel Halo: The Fall of Reach (if so, I agree, it is excellent)? I've never heard of a graphic novel of it. I have read the Halo Graphic Novel, if that's what you mean.
Um, I meant the actual novel. But Marvel and 343 Industries are bringing out a graphic novel adaption of it called Halo: The Fall Of Reach - Boot Camp.

So that should be good, if not better. And it's released in 2 months!

Whoops, sorry for the bad Y info.

I think SP is aimed at hopeless losers like my self. If you've ever had your life under control it's hard to feel sympathy for Scott I'm sure. Not that that's a bad thing!
