There is no Grand Theft Auto 5, what are you talking about? Aside from that though, your answer simply raises more questions, like "Why is it great?", and "How does this fit with the prior topic?"

Bioshock's storytelling and atmosphere (much more prominent in the first half of the game) was completely unmatched when compared to other current titles. The graphics, though a bit buggy at times, are very pretty too.

Yeah.
If it has to have good graphics and a good story then GTA IV would be the best game as far as I can see. There are better stories and better graphics, but nothing that does both at such a consistant level.

I was tempted to say Mass Effect, but the texture poping rules it out.

I wholeheartedly agree. Morrowind is the best game for a good combination of plot and graphics.
