when the time comes when games have the graphics that look as realistic as real life will the quality of games improve as game developers can focus on story and game play instead of graphics and when we get to the point where you can have life like graphics on your phone or a portable device will something be added to home gaming or will consoles made exclusively for gaming become obsolete and will another from of entertainment will replace gaming

They're will never be perfect graphics. Its a dick waving contest and those contest never end because no one is going to say everyone's is the same size. The fact that indie games that purposly use low end graphics haven't achieved the mythical good story that everyone is looking for makes me think that it will probably never happen even if graphics is not a concern.
