Ehhh not really, though it did always bother me when my oversized weapons clip through my cloak in World of Warcraft
Try being a gnome, having the whole head of your axe dragging through the ground.

On topic, the shitty quality cutscenes in Deus Ex: Human Revolution that look 50 times worse than the gameplay for some odd reason would definitely fit in here.

Can't remember the name, but there was a specific game where the camera would move around during a cutscene and end up halfway through a character's head, showing that there was nothing inside except the eyes. Now that is what I call immersion breaking.

Ok, this is a little more than just a graphics issue, as it's tied to another glitch, but I think it still qualifies.

I've intentionally triggered this about 8 times. It makes The Fade worth it.

Just recently in Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The cutscenes actually seem to be really grainy and too dark. Compared to the actual game, it cutscene graphics just look terrible. I don't know if that was intentional or why they did it, but it was distracting.
The way I see it, that's how the world really looks. It just looks brighter and cleaner because your aug'd eyes are compensating to help you see better.
I'm not sure if you're serious there. Half the game you play from the 3rd person perspective, and it still looks the same. I think they just rushed out some crappy quality cutscenes, or perhaps they cut the quality to make the game smaller size? Not that I mind if that were the case...I'd prefer more actual game content and less cutscene quality. But it's just weird that the pre-rendered scenes look so bad. They might as well have done the cutscenes in realtime with the gaming engine, like they did with the dialogue scenes.

It's not technically a graphics error, rather a complete fuckup on all accounts, but in ME3 I once tried to get my whole squad killed, had Miranda swept off by the bugs and then she magically reappeared in the next cutscene! Walked into frame as if nothing ever happened. WTF
You have travelled foward in time?

but in ME3
You must tell us ... how does it all end?

But that's how it is with the whole game. An entire cutscene ruined for you due to a minor graphical issue?

Any official trailer that features such graphical glitches immediately cuts my interest by more than half. It's not that I really have a problem with such glitches, it's that they choose such clips to use for advertising.

My ME2 Shep had very, um, sharp cheeks. By that I mean you could probably cut steak with them. The game didn't render them very well.
I had the same problem, in the make a person thing they were on the defined side but in game it was like she had just gone a few rounds with a boxer and they had swollen up.

Also her eye lashes were on here eyes or poking through her eye lids ... it was rather worrying.

Her hair went from perfectly smooth to a rough night in ever cut scene.

Earth blows up and it was all Blasto's fault.

Oh hells yes, I love doing that too. Especially seeing Morrigan being slapped by a headless corpse. Epic win.

Jeez, you're that picky? You youngins need to take a step back in time and try to remember what's important about gaming.
This...
Little trivial graphical errors should not ruin games for you. Thats just silly.
Bad gameplay should ruin games.

I don't like it when people grab hold of objects and they move differently to their hand. It just looks weird. Occasionally the animations get completely out of time, too, so the object flies up in the air a few seconds after the hand clipped through it.

Read my original post please, at no point did I mention a cutscene ruining an entire game.

Only time it's bugged me recently was with the already mentioned Deus Ex cutscenes.

If a company if going to force me to watch some snazzy cutscene, it damn well better look amazing that's all I gotta say. And when like in Deus Ex they actually manage to somehow look worse than the gameplay itself, and the game itself isn't exactly the best looking to begin with, well we've got a problem.
