I'm surprised no one mentioned Voodoo Vince on the xbox

another couple are Mario and Luigi superstar saga, and a really old one, a snes puzzle game calles kablooey

I could never play Voodoo Vince, especially at the later stages, for any period of time without feeling faintly nauseous. It was a great game, and I did complete it, but it was so whacked out it hurt.

Ya Shadow of the Colossus was amazing and Pariah was fun up till the end, also Okami to me was just awesome but I don't know if it qualifies.
