Great Trailers for Great Games

I'd been tossing around putting up this thread for a few days, but since another poster was kind enough to put up this one http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.881196-Great-Trailers-for-Terrible-Not-So-Great-Games

I figured I'd go ahead and put up a thread to share the trailers you loved, for games you also loved. The only rule is that the trailer itself also had to be badass (at least to you), not simply a meh trailer for a game you loved.

Here are my two entries off the top of my head!

Mark of Kri. This one was just so amusing to me, and it made me giggle so much I had to check out the game. Turned out the game became one of my favorite of all time.

And then this one. Damn, this one, I love it so much. The music, the editing, the tone of it. Really encapsulated inFamous, which also became one of my favorite games of all time.


So what trailers did you love, for games you also loved?

This trailer for the original "Darksiders", still kind of gives me chills. It's like the Epic Trailer of Ultimate Epicness:


The trailer for "Prototype 2", even though I thought the game was, in many ways, a step down from the original, watching the trailer makes me want to go back and play it again.

The E3 2014 trailer for MGSV. Though of course the game isnt out yet, the trailer really sets the tone.

Or i could be posting this anyway because i really like Mike Oldfield.

Man, that had such a better usage of "All Over the Watchtower" than the Mafia 3 reveal trailer. As a matter of fact, TNO also used "House of the Rising Sun" much better and, from what we've seen, will have used the late 60s setting much better as well (although both were a tad more German than Mafia).

A few relatively recent ones that stand out in my mind:

This Saboteur trailer utterly nailed what made the game so great:

Then there's this great one for Assassin's Creed II that really gets you pumped to play it:


And the super cool Perfect Dark trailer:


And speaking of couch multiplayer, this trailer perfectly summed up what playing Mashed was like- probably the best splitscreen car game of the last generation:


And finally, let's not forget this fantastic piece of game cinema:
