That's actually pretty cool, so what did you delete? all of the textures or just ones in a specific folder?
It was "Skyrim - Textures.bsa" it can be found here. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data

Your directory may differ.

I kept running into camps with Imperial Legion troops even after I helped the Stormcloaks take complete control of Skyrim, and every time I start attacking those Imperial camps, I kept finding that I can't kill the Legates, seriously, they're marked essential even after the Empire lost the civil war, what's up with that?

My first dwemer ruin. I was awestruck so many times I lost count. I spent ~ 3 hours in this one dungeon, over 2 trips. It was the most memorable part of the game for me.

My brother came across a couple horses stabled at a roadside lodge. They were glitched into one another, creating a rapidly vibrating plus sign of horses. After eagerly waiting to see whether Skyrim could pull its head out of itself or if it would just continue to let this abomination exist peacefully, one horse teleported directly on top of the other. After a brief second of horse piggy-back, (yo, dawg I heard you like horses...) the mounting horse flew about 80 feet into the air and fell to its death. And the kicker? That was literally the first time I had ever gotten to sit down and watch Skyrim be played in front of me.

RELIOPS

When Clavicus Vile's dog spoke to me. He just kinda walks up super casually and starts talking like Tom Kenny in Transformers 3.

CHILD. LABOR.
actually, she looks like she's having fun. I loved to do blacksmithing as a kid. seriously. i made a sword when i was a kid, and it was pure joy! i was like "LOOK! HA! i made a sword! i bet you can't do that! MUWHAAHAHAAA!". dude, she's having fun, and she's going to have fun taking out every bandit, stealing everything, resisting arrest, killing the guards, all in a dress, because children are immortal in skyrim. hell, there's a 10 year old vampire in the dark brotherhood who's actually 300+ years old, and she slaughters people for fun. damn kids have all the fun.

I think for me the best WTF moment is the first time i was killed by a giant. I was not expecting a team rocket moment...oh and the talking dog was unexpected.

When I first encountered the necromancers trying to summon and bind Potema, the Wolf Queen.

Also, when I first visited the eldergleam sanctuary. This SS being my current desktop background. =)

I have several WTF moments in Skyrim. First one is the time where I was chasing after a dragon only to find that it had been killed by bears who then proceeded to kill me. Then there was the time I was fighting a dragon and had gotten it down to what must have been one HP and was about to kill it when it all of a sudden chomped down on me and threw me fifty feet. However, my favorite has to be what happened yesterday. I was running to my house in Whiterun when I look up and see that the wall around the main gate had disappeared. I then proceed to leave Whiterun without technically leaving it and start running around. after a little bit I hit a point where I'm still running around but the ground around me disappears as I get close to it. After about ten minutes I spot a dragon about three miles away from Whiterun and go after it. While I still have to listen to the laws of physics, it is able to fly through the ground all around me until I get it's health down to a certain point where it then starts flying in small circle a certain distance away from me which it maintains no matter how close I try to get to it and also continues to do so even after I get rid of all its health. It doesn't actually die until I manage to lead it back to Whiterun where it lands and just falls over. All in all I've got to say it's one of the greatest thirty minute periods I've spent on Skyrim so far.

Why pics when I can find a random video of what exactly happened
I love that the character levels up while in the flying death animation.

I also agree with a previous poster that, were this an indie game we're talking about, that would probably be lauded as a unique art style.

OT: Killing the dragon near Saarthal, when it died it fell through the earth, so I sighed and continued up to the Dragon Wall, lo and behold, the dead dragon had respawned! I absorbed the soul and promptly got smacked in the back by a Fireball because, guess what, Krosis was in the coffin directly behind me. I then managed to not die because, by pure luck, he floated right off the side of the mountain and got stuck on a steep hill, unable to hit me with his fireballs while I sniped him with a bow.

I've had NPC's with no faces a few times.

A character with no head - just floating eyeballs in a cowl, that is the most nightmare inducing Skyrim image ever.

And thats a bug, horror game developers should take note.

That looks kinda cool, actually.

I've had bodies get up and begin "dancing" after killing them dead with magic. Can't do anything to them, they're just standing up and moving around in place.

They're looking for the hobbit with the ring.
