I'd have to say Ocarina of Time.
I was but a child (grade five) but from the moment it was announced it had me anticipating it's release more and more as the days grew closer to stores putting it out.
Just waiting and reading about the game was more fun to me than a lot of newer releases now.

Good memories, anyhow.
