i would say Albert Wesker and The Tank from Left 4 Dead.

Together, they would be INDESTRUCTABLE!

Wesker on his own seems pretty unstoppable..he keeps gaining abilities.

Code Veronica: Resilient as hell, beats down Chris in cutscenes.
RE5: Teleportation or super-speed or whatever he does.
