Reynald de Chatillon, Kingdom of Heaven.

Also, because I'm a Whovian, this from River Song:

"Everyone knows that everyone dies. And nobody knows it like the doctor. But I do think that all the skies in all the worlds might just turn dark, if he ever accepts it."

King of Asgaard said:
-- 'We can't always fight nature, John. We can't fight change. We can't fight gravity. We can't fight nothin'. My whole life, John, all I ever did was fight.'
'But I can't give up neither. I can't fight my own nature. That's the paradox, John. You see?'
'When I'm gone they'll just find another monster. They have to justify their wages.'
'Our time is passed, John.'

Many cookies to those who can get them all.
Red Dead Redemption, Dutch's final monologue to John. I want my cookies.
Did you get all the quotes I posted? No, so no cookies for you.
...
Ok, here, but just one.

"Your X is bad, and you should feel bad."
It's just such pure disdain without using any harsh words.
Its simplicity is genius.

You don't know me son, so I'll just explain this to you once. If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

- Malcolm Reynolds, Firefly

Nathan Fillion just delivers that line so well :D
A brilliant line.

Here are a few more.

"When you can't run, you crawl, and when you can't crawl - when you can't do that...You find someone to carry you."

Inara Serra: You came to the Training House looking for a fight.
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: I came looking for you!
Inara Serra: The war's over, Mal.
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: You tellin' me that cause you think I don't know!
Inara Serra: I've just seen so many sides of you, I wanna make sure I know who I'm dealing with.
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: I start fightin' a war, I guarantee, you'll see somethin' new.

And from non firefly things...

But the man in black persisted as if Roland hadn't spoken. "Shall there be truth between us, as two men? Not as friends, but as equals? There is an offer you will get rarely, Roland. Only equals speak the truth, that's my thought on it. Friends and lovers lie endlessly, caught in the web of regard. How tiresome!"

"For every one of us, living in this world
means waiting for our end. Let whoever can
win glory before death. When a warrior is gone,
that will be his best and only bulwark...
Endure your troubles today. Bear up
and be the man I expect you to be"
-Beowulf; lines 1384-1389

Daisy: Right, I'm going to the shops. D'you want anything?
Tim: Porn.
Daisy: Tim, I'm not going to buy you porn. You can get it from railway sidings like everybody else.
Tim: I can't, I'm an adult. I'm supposed to leave it there.

"Demons run when a good man goes to war
Night will fall and drown in sun
When a good man goes to war
Friendship dies and true love lies
Night will fall and the dark will rise
When a good man goes to war
Demons run but count the cost
The battles won but the child is lost."

EDIT ? Oh and of course, this.

Easy - Bioshock. And I haven't even played the game. Well, I have but I'm not that far in.

King of Asgaard said:
-- 'Given the choice, whether to rule a corrupt and failing empire, or to challenge the Fates for another throw, a better throw against one's destiny, what was a king to do?'
'But does one ever truly have a choice? One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate, and thus defy the tyrannous stars.'
Heh, even easier - Kain, Legacy of Kain: Defieance, the intro. OK, I had some help here - I watched the whole Soul Reaver Saga (fan made video consisting of all the cutscenes from the games) just earlier this week. But if I hadn't done that, I would have only had trouble remembering whether it was the intro or the start of the game.

I don't actually know that one.

OT: For a line I personally find the best, I'll go for:
Kain said:
But suppose you throw a coin enough times...
...suppose one day, it lands on its edge.

To be or not to be. Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles and by apposing end them, to die, to sleep.

Sort of easy, but lets see how long it takes for someone to get it.

I have a particular line, but in order to appreciate it, you must hear the preceding speech.

You've given me the courtesy of your time, so I'll grant you the small courtesy of an explanation. I'm here because I've missed the familiarity of an amiable war. I miss having you as an enemy, John.
You and I are both soldiers. I was, long before you were born. We should both know, then, that we are defined by the quality of our opponents. And I have been without substance for too long.

This universe is so absent of reason John - so lacking in understanding. War without understanding is something of which even an animal is capable. I've come for you. John. I've come to harvest you and to reanimate you in service to a truer purpose. When I learned of your near passing, I considered it a failure, on my part. John, I've come to ensure: you will live forever, apart from your false emperor. Or, I shall see you die, by my own hand. You ass bandit.

One I always find very apt when it comes to the internet.

Oh dear lord, you're seriously quoting arguably the best-known quote in history, and expect it might take a while before somebody understands it?

Now this is a commentary on Ezreal's entire character summed up in a single line. Pretty damn good.

[sub]His voice is so sexy...[/sub]
I reported Ezreal for no map awareness. Sorry, just had to.
Lack of map awareness? Sounds dangerous... I'm in!

Fantastic video isn't it? I watched it myself a couple of weeks ago. Really makes you appreciate how damn good the story is when you can just sit back and watch all the cutscenes from the three games.

It's like love, some people get it
for some it's just a glove that just never fitted
for me it's just a pain in the ass
but i'm addicted to the taste of hoping it could last.

I love it. I have to confess, the gameplay...is not the series' strong point. Well, it's mostly unremarkable, not downright bad (although, fuck the camera in Defiance), so I prefer watching the videos to replaying the games. Besides, I can do it while having dinner, so double bonus.
