Any of the songs from the final missions in Ace Combat series. 4's was epic, 5's was epic, and Zero's was sure as hell epic. I'd have to give it to 4, cause it captured the theme of the mission perfectly.

Not to be contrary but I don't like Still Alive and I like Bioshocks songs, Fallout 3 songs but the one that got me would be The Next door in SF4.
Also all of the Soul series songs kick ass.

Scars of Time (the theme to Chrono Cross) is hands down the finest piece of music I've heard in a game.

Pretty much everything that Yasunori Mitsuda wrote for Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger was amazing. His work on Xenosaga Ep 1 was great as well. But my favorite would probably have to be from Final Fantasy XI: Memoro de la S^tono / Distant Worlds
