Final Fantasy 10, hands down, no competition. Its so sad,amazing, beautiful...gets me every time..

That's a good one, no doubt. I place the ending of "The Legend of Dragoon" ahead of it, but only because it holds the title of my all-time favorite game.

Bad guy dies -> problem solved -> good guys part ways -> everyone's wishes are granted (multiple character wrap-ups) -> A FUCKING PARADE -> best "The End" screen ever.

Final Fantasy X and Shadow of the Colossus are close runners up though.

Actually, now with a widescreen and Vista I don't think I'd be able to play without a lot of fiddling around. Vista is actually pretty good for support (generally), but trying to force a game into an unsupported resolution is a *****.

SMT: Persona 3 - Bittersweet and brilliantly presented ending to an incredible game.

Silent Hill 2 (In Water ending) - *opens chest, removes beating heart, and punts it into a dark corner of the room* I'm man enough to admit there were tears.

Oblivion - Holy freakin' hell... awesomeness on a stick right there!!!
