Ignorants. And by that i don't mean dumb people. I mean people who don't want to learn new things, who aren't curious about the world they live in and who can't appreciate knowledge for the sake of knowledge and when presented with things that explain how they came to existance for example, they claim is boring and can't see why they should know such things. Well, maybe so that you can appreciate life more you Ignorant! Sorry that brought up some feelings.

Also people with worries not bigger than "I hate my parents, i can't go to that party/took my phone away/shallow bullshit, even though they give me a roof and food and everything i could possibly need". And usually the people like that do not have helicopter parents, because i can understand children complaining about helicopter parents.

If I see you get out of the driver's seat of a Toyota Prius I am going to assume you're a fucking hippie-ass mongrel who thinks they need to preach about the greenness of their shitbox and try to force people who can't afford one to buy one, all while ignoring how hypocritical their diatribe is given how not-green Priuses truly are. It doesn't matter how far away from that you are, the moment I see you get out of one my mind's made up and I can't take a word you say seriously.

On a somewhat unrelated note I also fucking hate Toyota Priuses.
Why exactly? I own one and it's not a bad car by any means. I got it from my grandpa for a cheap 5,000$, so it's not like I bought it to feel better than everyone else. But the gas mileage is very noticeable and it's saved me a lot of trouble over the past year.

Normal people judge me. How dare I eat ice cream in the morning and play video games. I'm too old for such things.

I eat what I want because I only weigh 145 and have been a gamer since I was 12 so why stop what I enjoy. Whats wrong with that?

For me, as much as i hate it, its gotta be the french. No idea why, but the french tick me off. (AND i dont mean just anyone who is french. I mean the dirty frenchman type, which i know is super vague, but its really stupid and specific anyhow so i doubt i can properly explain it)

EDIT: to OP good job on the topic man, not too many can come up with such a real topic but ask for it discussed in such a mature and fair way. Well done.

DOTA games and the people who play them.

DOTA games have an absurd amount of heroes/champions, sometimes 100+, which aleady sets off alarms in my head. If you were to play each of them for 2 hours, that's 200+ hours of playtime just getting familiar with the basic playstyle and abilities of each. That doesn't even begin to touch on actually becoming comfortable or skilled with any of them.

Imagine if TF2 had 100 classes. How the fuck would you balance a game like that? Not to mention zillions of fundamentally game-changing items.

My limited experience with a dota game was when Heroes of Newerth was in beta. I didn't know much about the genre, but I figured I'd give it a try. Bumbled around a bit not knowing what I was doing, and then got yelled by some kid on my own team who had probably never seen tits before in real life, because apparently I screwed up something I didn't think was very well explained to begin with. Because that's another thing about these games, they're not big on explanations. THIS IS A DOTA GAME, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO ALREADY, YOU STUPID SCRUB.

I have friends who are really into these games and they keep telling me they're a lot of fun and have great strategic depth, if I would just give them a chance. But I just can't get myself to give a damn. There are so many other games I can play and have fun in without having to "give them a chance", and without having to put up with what is essentially the world's largest collection of immature gamer kid stereotypes.

So yeah, I won't touch these games with a 10 foot pole.

Bronies, although I think going into any more detail is a bannable offence round here from what I've seen, so I'll leave my reasons to myself.

Also non-scientists...particularly people who actively dislike science. I suppose it's bigoted but I just can't believe that someone can legitimately believe that global warming is a hoax for example, or that evolution doesn't have any evidence behind it.

I guess I judge all religions unfairly.

Admittedly I know a lot about some and others I don't know at all. The problem is I see the few outspoken extremists, and paint all religion with the same brush. It's not fair, and I should try to be more understanding of them.

They make it so difficult though when the outspoken minority preach their rhetoric on birth control, gay marriage, suicide bombing, and all those other things that they claim has been commanded by "god" that go against equality, and acceptance of others.

Every single person that frequents 4chan. I know there's probably 2 people out there that I shouldn't hate. So that's unfair.

I would say my fellow Escapists but I think that's actually a fair justification, especially looking at this thread.

I have no tolerance for intolerance, does that count? =)

thing is if you are prejudice against anyone you generally don't notice. Personally i feel completely justified in hating the groups that i hate.

Vegetarians, vegans, animal rights activists are people I'd be inclined to dislike without knowing, unfairly so because it's based on PETA.

Mullets, they look absolutely ridiculous.

When I see someone walk down the street with that horrible mane fastened to their skull, I can't help but cringe.

Just gonna point out, you probably mean /b/ specifically, not the entirety of 4chan...
Heck /v/ is frequented by a lot of successful indie devs and a lot of them get good ideas/feedback from it.

Yeah, the only reason I don't tell people to get into League of Legends is the userbase...
Theres about a 90% chance that you'll have at least one person who will rage, QQ, troll or just outright act like a tosspot...
Esspecially bad when you get one of these people on your team.
However, I will say now, LoLs userbase isn't as bad as HoNs for some reason... HoN players will scream at you for a good hour if you do anything they don't like, that includes being good at the game and carrying your team as well as getting killed so much as once.

Actually it does, if you were never flat stomached you can totally miss it when your gut starts to get a little wider. It happens so slowly and you get used to it and fail to notice.
I know, even the people who see you often can fail to notice, I managed to creep from 90KG to 120KG over about a year, I only ended up noticing because a mate of mine was overseas for a year and commented that I looked larger when he came back.

I realise I'm probably not being constructive but my response to people playing ridiculously loud R'n'B rubbish out of their cars has been to compete by playing folk music (in particular jigs) really loud. Worth it for the hilarious looks!
Yup, heads turn when you got a few burly 'delinquent looking' 20-somethings in a car blasting Carameldansen >.>

Enough quotes, went a little overboard.
I myself find it hard to take religious people seriously at first... mainly Christians.
I also have a severe distaste for Serbians... the 20 or so I've personally met are the kinds of tosspots that throw oranges into fans and smash staples into peoples backs, the kinds of filth that will literally hit others with their car for shits and giggles, enjoying being payed by the government while they crap on about "Omg I hate Australia so much, was way better in Serbia" Go back to fucking Serbia then!
Erm... Sorry, I'm just gonna note here that I'm sure there are thousands of perfectly respectable Serbians... I just haven't met any yet so my view is stained rather heavily.

Do you mean naturally occurring global warming or man-made global warming? Because the former fact, the latter is propaganda that plenty of scientists have come out and denounced.

As for who I hate, I'll say gamers. Buncha whiny, spoiled, ungrateful pricks who piss and moan if things don't go exactly their way. :p

Personally misanthropes or people who are just generally miserable. I respect other people's rights to believe what they want but I can't help feeling that anyone who claims to hate humanity is just trying to inflate their own ego as they and their friends are almost irreparably not part of the teeming masses they so despise. Being miserable in general just seems like a huge waste of precious life.

I agree with this.

I also hate people who can't show weakness to others and feel the need to remind those around them that they are SO AWESOME. Fuck those people, no one likes them.

Funny. It seems I relate a bit with everything everyone posted so far, except from judging people based on where they come from (I guess I judge more what people do to others or themselves; this applies to altering their looks, where they choose to spend money on, what they do with their knowledge and stuff, etc). Some things don't bother me much (I ignore people that swear a lot in games, such as DOTA or CoD, and I too find mullets ridiculous, but as this doesn't hurt me directly or annoy me that much, I just laugh at their silliness; It's their choice to look like they do). However, I freaking hate whoever listens to loud music in public places without their headphones! Mostly the music is also terrible, but they could be listening to Beethoven's 9th symphony and I would still hate them for being such d*cks to everyone else!

Oh yeah! I'm not proud of this, but I guess I think less of people that just can't sit still and be quiet for over 1 minute (and often don't even do that!). They seem so dependant of making noise and talking all the time! Why can't they enjoy the silence, or listen to a music they like with their headphones, without singing it or talking about it with someone? Why must they keep talking, even if the other person clearly shows he/she isn't interested in talking? I bet these people would suffer a lot if they were left alone in somewhere dark for some time (I think it's called "solitaire" in English, isn't it?). I never really understood what would be so bad about a situation like this. All the other people are away from you! It's just you and your mind; how isn't that the best thing ever?
