Stupidity, ignorance, and intolerance. I generally don't get angry if people are at least acting sensible, even if I don't agree with them.

never did rage on anyone, but came very close to one on one the religion vs science education threads,
wrote down a reply, someone quoted only a part of it, never read the whole thing, took it out of proportion completley making it say the exact opposite of what i was saying making me look like some sort of close minded nut job.
next thing i know ive got 3 people quoting his quote on me without reading the my original thread and calling me an ass.
i guess ive just went on a rage rant, sorry.
just there are allot of people looking for a fight on the escapists and can make a big mess of things by quoting but never reading the threads.

Usually for me, I just get pissed over stupid things on here. Every once in a while, I for some reason, decide to reply to trolls quoting me, and then I'm too stubborn to stop, even after spending over 30 minutes just going back and forth.

I get irritated when trolls on the religion and politics forum have their "Bright ideas". Also when people torture animals for no reason, that gets me unhappy.

OT: Stupidity, non-supported opinions(Star Wars sucks! Have yous seen it? No, but it sucks!= pain to the other party), trolls, extreme hatred for no good reason (Wii sucks! It has no harcore games! What about Mario Galaxy, Madworld, Dead Space Extraction (continues to list) It still sucks!=more pain), gay used in the wrong sense(Transformers are gay! Really? How in any way are Transformers homoerotic? How are robots beating each other up homosexual?), rabid fanboyism, hating on something because it's the cool thing to do (if you have a reason, then it doesn't apply), extreme selfishness, jackasses, people who insult someone based on their opinions (If you don't stop attacking me because I think Twilight is a terrible book with poor writing, one dimensional characters, and terrible vampires (I like when they go die in sunlight), then I will go Bioshock on you), people that can't think for themselves, and people who believe themselves above of everyone else=

I get angry when I don't do well in a game. It's weird that something that unimportant and meaningless gets me wound up more than anything.
Psyducks. Whenever I'm fishing in the safari zone I have precious little time as it is without a gang of yellow platapusses(platypi?) gnawing on my ankles! Oh, and anyone who says noob.
Oh sorry to interlude a little Off topic rumagery, but has anyone seen the wafflepwn videos....i present that as a gold standard to what not to act like in life.....
Also, forgot to mention that i do in fact suffer from gaming frustration syndrome. If i can't get past a certain point in a game ill get frustrated and talk about it until i get past it...Childish i know, but it beats how i use to act....

Ignorance, arrogance, trollin'. There's lotsa reasons that people become less than socially acceptable online.
I, for one, am a big believer in the greater internet fuckwad theory. I imagine that subtracting the actual physical presence required for traditional socialization can easily dehumanize social interaction.
