I love doing something which is sort of a variation of "being a twat".
1) Initiate fight with pedestrian
2) Call 911
3) Run towards cops while being pursued by "attacker".
4) Circle around the cops until the ped punches a cop by accident.
5) Watch the cops shoot him to death! LOL

Ah, necroswanson just reminded me of jumping out of a helicopter/plane/whatever - and seeing if you can land in a pool >_>
I have lots of games I like to play, such as taking a helicopted as far up as you can above a busy intersection, then jump out. 50 points if you pull a con-air and land on a car, 150 for landing right on a pedestrian and killing them, it also makes a great drinking game. I also like to go on mo-ped rampages, but first I shoot out both tires so I'm speeding around on rims running people over, let me tell you theres quite like popping a wheelie before you hit an old ladie and getting a few feet of air like an old senile ramp.
Get to a very tall building and watch for people that answer their phones, when they do it you simply snipe them. I call it " The Moon-Goose Mobile Phone Campagin." To stop modbile phones from killing people with their radiation.

I discovered this by accident, it's probably not original but anywho;
Grab a helicopter and fly it as high as possible, then fly it forward as fast as it'll go...
When you see a tall building, head towards it and then jump out, if done correctly you will violently bounce off said building and land in awkward places.

So where do all you people get your helicopters? I have only ever had one, (the one with little jacob and that, I wont say anymore incase people havent done it.)

One of my friends was playing it once, and one of my other friends offered to pay her $3 if she obeyed all traffic laws while going to her destination. It was epically awesome.
I'm not as creative with these things as you people, but I like the game where I shoot large pockets of pedestrians with an RPG. Seeing their bodies fly in all directions and land in burning heaps... just warms the heart. It sometimes helps to corral them into a small area with a blockade of cars.

My favorite is "No Fast Car For You".
The second a Ferrari, Lamborghini, or Corvette appears on the map, steal it and drive it into the nearest river. Works even better if you blow it up. If someone else gets it, jack it from them, repeat.
If you spend a significant amount of time doing this, it will drive people crazy.
