don't you think rockband ripped off of guitar hero...seeing as they were here first and all but regarldess its inevitable that they will start to copy rockband because let's face it rockband won this round
what I said was Guitar Hero is Ripping off Rock band in the next Guitar Hero there doing pretty much the some thing (not Aerosmith)

Actually, seeing as Harmonix was co-creator of GH2, there was no "first" to speak of. Also Guitar Hero was the winner, as far as sales are concerned, as GH outsold RB.

I thought Frequency was first in 2001 followed by Amplitude in 2003 as opposed to 2005 for the first Guitar Hero, but they are all made by Harmonix so it's just semantics really.

What he's saying by "Guitar hero is ripping off rockband" is that the next guitar hero (guitar hero 4) is going to include drums and vocals along with the already available bass and guitar.

Don't be afraid to comment, I don't bite. Hard.
I read it isn't that enough. I didn't really have anything constructive to add. As nanna said "if you don't have anything nice to say; Don't say anything at all."
Is it that bad?
Well it does read a bit like a list. You seem to be dropping song names alot. It just seems like you stating facts not reviewing it.

I played Guitar Hero II and Rock the 80s and found both very enjoyable. The familiar songs and genuinely fun solos. Of course after a certain point you get so good that only a handful of songs are very much fun, but I still find myself pulling out Guitar Hero II a lot more than III. I like the song choices better. A lot of songs in GH3 seem to be long repeating strands of notes. Playing 20 GY, then 20 RB, then 20 more YO notes... then repeat like 4 times... then have a small solo...repeat boring wall of notes until finished. GH3 was fun but overall a disappointment for me.

I finally got this yesterday and only did the first few levels but i'm loving it.
However we decided that it doesn't matter how many notes you hit or how many points or stars you get instead it's all about how good you make it look, bonus points when you drop to your knees or raise the guitar over your head or jumping off the sofa or bouncing off the walls.

The only problem I can see with this game is things are liable to get broken.

I couldn't agree more with the difficulty wall in the last tier.

I've completed Guitar Hero II on expert but I had trouble beating Lou on hard, they just took the difficulty way too far and to be honest, it damn near ruined the game for me.

Snappy title and overall good reviewing. No real bias either way, which is always a good thing. I completely agree with you on the 'difficulty wall' bit.
