They play Pirate Metal. T'is good althought I now have a reputation as "that pirate music weirdo".theSovietConnection said:Amon Amarth would be epic. I'd never heard of Alestorm, thank you for bringing them up so that I could find them.Cpt_Oblivious said:We want Amon Amarth! and ALESTORM! And fun lesser-known bands like them.
I also second the calls for Iron Maiden and Led Zeppelin, though I'd prefer they just release anything like that just as DLC for World Tour, thats all these band games are, really.
I'd second that one, an extensive catalog of songs, with varying levels of guitar riffs, it would be perfect for the franchise. Plus I can sing Californication off by heart, and would like to see if I'm actually any good.Brainbomb said:...I'd say Red Hot Chili Peppers. Fantastic band, lots of well-known songs, very unique style...
But we probably won't see that. It'll probably be one of these new, inexplicably popular screaming metal bands.
The Rolling Stones have gone unmentioned, so have The Who. Although I don't want to imagine Guitar Hero: The Who, if only because Activision would have trouble manufacturing enough guitar controllers to keep people supplied after they smashed them at the end of their play sessions.NeoAC said:I'd second that one, an extensive catalog of songs, with varying levels of guitar riffs, it would be perfect for the franchise. As for throwing out a band not mentioned, I'm surprised the Rolling Stones haven't been bandied about yet.
