Get better grades next time, I would imagine. Take your punishment like a man this time and learn your lesson so you don't do it again.

It's all you can really do in this situation. Trust me, I've been there. Many times. Like, every winter from 6th grade to my Junior year in high school.

Nothing that doesn't involve convenient ninja assaults.

Perhaps use that shiny new computer of yours to study?

Don't give a damn and say that you don't need good grades to be successful.
You may not need HD's to succeed in life but not failing in school kind of helps.

Tell your pa you'll put more effort into it in the future.

If he's still pissed and doesn't believe you, come up with the idea that he could help you study. If he's a hypocrite, he'll chicken out because of all the scary math (like my parents did) and let it go, and if he's cool you might just get in some bonding time and a tutor. Either way, you'll at least sound like you're putting some thought into the matter, and he might go a little easier on you.

Goddamn, being a "grown-up" rocks. When you get bad grades in college you can just lie to your folks or tell them to piss off.

As everyone else said, just do better next time. I don't know what grade you're in but remember this: eventually you will run out of next times and you will be stuck with an average GPA when you could've done better. Just learn time management and schedule fun time and study time accordingly.

Do I get cookies also? Not that it matters since I am actually having milk and cookies as we speak :D

You could cry a lot, claiming it's all your parents fault and see if you can get yourself emancipated by the courts?

Of course, then they won't buy you new PC's... or anything else.

I dunno, how about explaining to your Dad why your marks are so low? Really, anything other than presenting him with the truth and waiting for his response is childish in this situation. That you just got a new PC has nothing to do with it. If you deserve to be grounded from it, then deal with it. The PC will still be there when your punishment is over.

TLDR: Be mature.

if your really good with computers and know how to hack you can try altering your future grades with classes that have teachers that aren't very attentive towards the grades

Take it like a man. Besides, high school isn't the be all and end all. I'm fairly certain that I'm going to be geting a bad degree at 11:30 today. Now that's gonna be hard to explain.
