Some guy made , a smoke bomb when i was in highschool , this was shortly after 9/11 , the school was evacuated out of fear that it contained toxic chemechales . Strangely enough , they did not catch the culprit . To be fair i live in canada so we don't know how to deal with these kind of things.

In Elementary school, we had a bomb threat on the last day when i was in 3rd and 4th grade, nothing really happened besides cops being around the school.

Also in Middle school, we had a short lockdown due to a robbery of a nearby bank.

Nothing too exciting...

One school night, when I was hanging out with friends, I got a sudden urge to take a dump. Since school was near by, and it was still open (because the janitors were still cleaning up), I decided to go there. The front doors were open so I was able to walk right in. On my way out, however, I stumbled onto one of my classmates (She was volunteering or something). Her being a *****, we immediately got into an argument over what I was doing in the building. I told her I just needed to go to the bathroom, but for some reason she assumed I was trying to rob the school or something.

The next day she told one of the counselors I broke the Smartboard in the library in a desperate attempt to blow up the school. Since the board was actually broken, the dumbass counselor actually believed her. I was assigned 40 hours of community service and a month of detention. I even had to attend psychologist visits because I was suspected of suicidal thoughts and aggressive mentality.

The school is worried so much about safety and pre-caution, that they actually make the environment more dangerous.

Yeah I've only ever has fire drills. Though once I think one may have been a supposed gas leak in the Science Block. Wasn't massively exciting.

No lie, the highschool I graduated from got about 10 bomb threats a year. Every time that happened, the football field was thoroughly checked for threats, everyone is corralled out to there, and then tons and tons of cops and dogs (with a helicopter or two on sky-watch) and they sweep the entire school a dozen times. Honestly, there never was a bomb and we all just got sun burnt and bored, then went home.

Huh, sounds like something from Northern Ireland. Most of us are completely desensitised by bomb scares; even the peelers would rather start doing chicken dances while they're patrolling (So I was told :p).
Our school, I assumed, had bound to have annoyed the nearby fire station with all those burnt-toast-in-the-sixth-form-centre situations!

My sophomore year of high school, we had three or four bomb threats in the span of two weeks. School administrators, being the brilliant folk that they are, decided the logical course of action in the event of a bomb threat is to evacuate everyone from a wide, spread out area (the whole campus) and crowd us into a tiny, densely-packed area (the bleachers on the football field).

Only similar thing I can think of was in my geography class about 7 years ago. The classroom we were in had windows round the top of one wall that looked out into the hallway. These are covered by posters on the hall side.

During one class, a boy sitting opposite that wall leapt up and yelled, "Sir, there's a fire!". The teacher responded, "Sit down and don't be ridiculous!".

Turned out someone HAD set fire to one of the posters, and we all had to evacuate the classroom by running past a burning poster. Most exciting thing that ever happened in geography!

The most dramatic thing that ever happened at the Highschool I went to was there was a gas leak that required evacuating the school and the nearby block. It was excrutiatingly boring waiting for the all clear to be sounded at the town auditorium with nothing to do.

My freshman year in highschool during the SAT testing a senior called in thread and the school was on lockdown for hours. They had police armed with m16 escort us to the bathrooms.

There was this one time at my old school when some guy came by with a bunch of shurikens and stuff in his car.

I've been stabbed by the boyfriend of a girl that I was sorta kinda dating (who told me she was single) when I started college, but that didn't happen on campus, so I'm not sure if that counts. XD

nothing to that degree ever happened in my school, although a guy went on a killing spree around my town a couple months back, got the news when I was helping some people with work about 2 blocks away from my residence. Needless to say that I was wary of any cars passing by.

My schools were all boring as hell, nothing ever happened there and university doesn't seem to be any different. Not that I want someone to storm my uni and shoot everyone down of course.
I heard that one of my schools got closed for a few hours because of a gas leak but it turned out to be nothing dangerous.

Nothing exciting for me, but my friends sister, in elementary school, something exciting happened to her.

So basically, someone set the school on fire, they had to search everyone, found him, sent hm to military school, and when he got back, they had drained out his soul.

We had a lockdown in middle school because a rabid dog had been sighted in the neighborhood next to the building.

A dog.

Who apparently can open heavy metal doors.

I saw my middle school principle get arrested for what I later found out were molestation of an 11-year-old girl related charges. He was found not guilty though.
