Reloading after every instance of firing. Even if I only used 4 shots from a slow reloading LMG.

Looking in corners for items. Even in games that don't have anything there.

Stocking up on healing items that I'll never even end up using, even on the final boss. I stockpile and never even use my stockpile, even in the last chance I have to use it.

Setting sound effects volume to lower than the rest. I don't need to hear the SE really loud. The music and dialogue are more important, and some games make your gun/engine REALLY loud. *glares at racing games*

Playing offensively. I never block, even in fighting games.

I have no idea why, but I subconsciously seem to think all games have the same button layout as Legend of Zelda: Windwaker. I'm always trying to fix the camera by mashing where I think the R button is. With most of my other games it ends up causing the camera to spin in circles and I get more confused.

I never even play Windwaker that much anymore...

When ever I get flash banged, my first reaction is to knife the mid-air, I Reload a lot as well.

I'd just like to point out that reloading whenever you're not being fired at even if you've only fired one bullet is a very good habit to be in.

In FPS's whenever I jump/fall off something tall I tend to crouch as I land sometimes with an "Ow my ankle!" thrown in.

Always choosing good, then playing the game being evil on the second playthrough.

No matter how hard I try, I can never switch it up.

lotta reload junkies....they should make a game where if you reload a half-spent magazine, you either drop it(losing bullets) or you can do an action that'll have you reload your half-empty magazines.

It would take to long... I think there was a game that did that. (you lost the whole clip.)

I never reload until my clip is empty. I hate having an uneven number of ammo left. As you can probably guess this causes massive problems...

Holy crap I thought I was the only one...

That and I have a bad habit of devolving into gibberish at LAN parties as game time goes on. I'm pretty useless at giving information to teammates.

Typical scenario:
Teammate 1: Where the hell is the rocket launcher? That tank's not going to take care of itself!
Me: Found it! It's beside the building! The gray one! With the doors and windows!

So yeah I make a useless teammate in terms of giving information...

I tend to lick my lips a lot when playing shooters and turn the controller like a steering wheel in driving games

I tend to take on the role of the Quake/Unreal Tournament announcer by saying 'headshot' and 'double kill'.
Also like everyone, reloading after every few bullets

- Muting everybody with a microphone
- Reloading constantly
- On multiplayer, I've gotten into the habit of using a weapon with tons of ammo because I know I'm going to die sometime before I get a chance to reload.
- Not spending any money on a character's armor/weapons to save up for that Big and Badass weapon that I know will pop up sometime in the end of the game.
- With games that force a retarded AI on me, I purposely give them the worst weapons and/or no ammo and do all the work myself (Army of Two, Resident Evil 5, etc)

At some point in every FPS i play, i start using my middle fingers for the trig's and my index finger for the face buttons.

I also can never bring myself to use uber moves/attacks/best weapon that has almost no ammo, even when i've no health left.
