i quote the Zelda CDI games a lot :p
"i wonder what's for dinner" and "you must die" are my most used ones :)
Those games are a veritable breeding ground for meme-worthy quotes. I'll use the hilariously over-the-top "Youuuuv'e kiiiilled meeeeee!" (to which Zelda replies "Good!") whenever I die in a game.

Also, I went through a phase where I'd hold things over my head whenever got them. Guess where that came from.

Also also, I've been going by the name Dan Smith in restaurants and other places where you have to give a name partially because my last name is so ridiculously hard to spell, and partially because Killer 7 is the best game ever.

And after having recently played Mirror's Edge, I find my self looking at stairways, pipes and narrow alleys.
You are definitely not the only one to do so, when I first started playing it, every time I'd go outside to smoke, I'd try to figure out the best way to get to the third floor by wall jumping from one area to another.

From random RPG's I like to maintain a constant( but not creppy) level of eye contact at all times when talking to someone. Because of it I noticed how much people fidgget, look away or say "um" alot during conversation. It's wierd no one likes to look into peoples eyes or faces for that matter when they talk.... weird.

I used to overdo it with Diablo II so much I started to put my fingers on 1-4 on the keyboard no matter what I used my computer for. I also click too much.

Being immune to Caffeine
Long hours of World of Warcraft and Left for dead kinda pushed that along

Being able to drink four monsters and immediately go to sleep..is not a good thing

A complete lack of an interest in a social life.

Actually, it's hard to say how much of that is video games and how much of that is being introverted by nature. Nature vrs Nurture and all that.

I'm much better at spacial memory and get lost in shopping malls much less than I used to.

I also always reload after shooting someone once even though I know I have enough bullets for more killing.

Yeah, Assassin's Creed II is so immersive you can't help but do this. I personally find myself looking longingly at bell-towers and steeples- not for architectural value, but for footholds...
I tend to do this too. It doesn't help when the campus is littered with tall building that are really detailed.

Also, I tend to put my feet up on desks, other chairs, etc. when ever possible because of Devil May Cry 3 & 4. I also tend to do the laugh from Fable when he does the Heroic pose after I've done something badass (like an air assassination and then quickly running into the crowd in AC 2).

EDIT: I also tend to do the face palm as done by Leon in Kingdom Hearts.

Before when I needed to push through a crowd I'd usually just use my shoulders. Don't ask me why, it's just how I've been doing it. After Assassin's Creed though, I started pushing people with my arms. I just really liked the collision detection algorithm for Altair's hands while in a crowd in that game and it actually works better than how I was doing it! :D

Well...
I got into the wonderful, ridiculously expensive and time-consuming sport that is airsoft, does that count?

I tend to turn my head around, at times to check for sure, that it ain't anyone in the room with me. I would guess it's from different Horror games with a Tingle of Fps.
