Had a really weird dream last night.

I had something similar to that but it was like my body was asleep and I was totally aware of my surroundings and yet I couldn't move and I woke up like I was asleep. It was so weird

A lot of people mentioned Sleep paralysis, but it could have been a weird dream. I had a weird dream last night. The people in the dream changed into other people every now and then, I only noticed after I woke up of course. And One second I was in a car with 2 others, then suddenly we were walking, but the place we were hadn't changed. My dreams are always weird like that.
