Obvious troll is obvious. And troll.

Come on, does anyone seriously think that a Half Life 3 announcement made by people who are not Valve is legit? Really, this is a question? Because if you'll fall for that, I've got a bridge I'll sell ya.

Also, I'm God. FEAR ME, AND REAP THE REWARD OF COOKIES. CROSS ME AND DIE.

Also, Gullible is written on your ceiling.
THERE WAS NOTHING ON MY CEILING. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME GOD.

If people are angry at Half Life 3/episode 3's long release date, its because they care about the game. They care about the game because Valve takes its damn time developing the game. Would I like a new Half Life game tommorrow? Absolutely. Is Valve being unnecessarily difficult with information? Well, misguided is a better term. Release dates tend to force through unfinished products, and Valve doesn't do that, so they are overcompensating. But sure, they could have been a little better about the information they give. But most importantly, I have played plenty of other awesome games since the release. My anticipation hasn't hurt me, or anyone except the most insufferable of fanboys. Valve has hurt no one, and they haven't broken any promises. Anything they have done wrong has been honest, reasonable, and well intentioned mistakes, and not very many of those. If your so desperate for a new half life game that you want to write of the company because you want there game sooner, may I reccomend a couple of top notch games that you could be playing in the meantime? Complaining seems rather silly, especially when the complaints are that Valve is doing the exact opposite of the normal trend of yearly cash grabs with popular IPs. It doesn't make sense to criticize valve for not having the one advantage to the consumer that comes out of shady, short-sighted buisness tactics.
